THE HISTORY OF THE FAIR
The Sotterley Country Fair was launched in 2015 and its main aims revolve around family fun and supporting local charities.
The fair was originally set up in memory of the late Sally Bunn who loved fun and her family. Sadly, her husband Monty, passed away in 2022 and he was a great believer in charity support and making precious memories.
Since the first year the fair has raised over £155,000 for various charities.This year will see the 10th Country Fair to be held on the wonderful Sotterley estate.
We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to Sotterley Estate—without their support, the Country Fair would never have been possible. The Bunn family and team are incredibly thankful for their support.
2026 will see a revised show layout to utilise the wonderful parkland.
This year the event will be pre ticket to ensure management of numbers on site

To help us manage a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, tickets for this year’s Sotterley Country Fair are available to purchase online in advance.
For visitors arriving on the estate without a pre-purchased ticket, a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the gate. Once these have been sold, visitors will be advised whether online tickets remain available (subject to capacity) or directed to the exit field to avoid disappointment.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors, ticket sales will be restricted and ultimately closed once the event reaches its safe operating capacity. We therefore strongly encourage everyone to secure their tickets online before travelling to the show.
Advance booking will help guarantee entry, reduce waiting times on the day, and assist us in delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Please note that the show is held on parkland and the ground can be a little uneven in places
